All Shook Up is a musical comedy built around a number of songs made famous by Elvis Presley. It's not a biographical revue. It takes place in 1955, somewhere in middle Americ, where one gilr's dream and a surprise visit from a mysterious leather-jacketed, guitar playing stranger help a small town discover the magic of romance and the power of rock and roll.

Welcome to Athlone and welcome to the official website of Athlone Musical Society. We are a local music and arts society who promote local talent and community spirit in the form of a fully staged musical production each year. We have a hard working committee and lots of members and there is always room for more! The 2012 show is 'All Shook Up', by Joe Dipietro.
